BOTOX TREATMENT AFTERCARE STEPS

After Botox treatments, you should make sure to avoid exercising or heat exposure for the first 24 hours since they can cause irritation. Additionally, make sure to avoid laying down or bending over for at least 4 hours after your injection session. You’ll experience some slight redness afterward, but this subsides quickly. Although you should make sure to liberally express the treated muscles for about 30 minutes after treatment, avoid rubbing or massaging the treatment area since this can cause the product to migrate to unwanted muscles.

It can take 1-2 weeks for your results to emerge, so make sure to plan accordingly if you have a big event coming up. We recommend returning for a follow-up appointment after 2 weeks to make sure you’ve achieved your ideal results and add more units if needed.

HOW LONG DOES BOTOX LAST?

For most patients, Botox treatment lasts for 3-4 months. However, this can depend on factors like your treatment area, metabolism, number of units, and exercise habits.
