What is Spray Tanning?

Spray tanning is a temporary skin treatment that produces a sun-tanned look by spraying a specialized mist on the skin. Containing dihydroxyacetone (DHA), this mist creates a chemical reaction (similar to the toasting or browning reaction used in cooking) that results in a warmer, bronzed look to the skin. Because of this process, spray tanning is more effective and customizable to your skin tone goals. DHA is FDA-approved for cosmetic use and is a much safer alternative to tanning booths or outdoor tanning.
